Sorry, readers, for my long absence.  Unfortunately, my elderly, cranky, wonderful cat, Zorro (a.k.a Scoops, a.k.a. Mr. Sandman, a.k.a Mean Old Mister Kit Kat, a.k.a. Evil) had to be put to sleep two weeks ago, just a few months shy of his 19th birthday.  I haven’t been feeling very funny, or very inspired to cook much, but I promise I’ll be back shortly with more nonsense.  He was a good old cat.
